Easter

I know everyone will be celebrating Easter with family and friends tomorrow...Lets not forget that God loved us so much that HE sent his only son to die for you and He is risen...Happy Easter!

Good Friday

It is a Good Friday indeed...If u dont have a home church on Sunday, I am inviting u to come to mine Keyser Assembly Of God...We are having breakfast @8 am followed by service @10...come out for a great message...if u have a church, invite someone to ur service...its a great weekend to begin again :)

Devotion

Rise n shine!    I say to myself, "The LORD is my portion; therefore I will wait for Him."Lamentations 3:24 So many of us are rush rush rush...Myself included...Let us find rest in Him and wait on His cue :)

This was one of my first text this morning...Yes, my beautiful cousin got me first today...I send daily messages to my fabulous girlfriends but today I was a bit slow...It is wonderful receiving messages...Just a reminder, if a person is laid on your heart, its for a reason. They may need a little perk me up...Shoot them a text, email, or something...Do something and possibly you will make their day and yours too :)

Princess

It seems like every time I turn around, I am being reminded I am a princess. Yes, I am a princess because my Father is King. Apparently, I have needed this reminder. Maybe you need this reminder too. We are princesses so, let's start acting like it...me included. Let's quit with the self-doubt and the unworthy attitudes. We only deserve the best.

God has great and awesome plans for ALL of us! Let's claim it today!  So, shake off the gloom and doom and get ready for the amazing ride in store for you.

I think me writing this post was more of a wake-up call for me :)

Trials

Please don't think I don't have bad or rough days.  I do. I had one yesterday with almost a complete meltdown.  I have been under the attack of the enemy all week. I have had the bad attitude, the feeling blah and just not a great feeling.  My bad attitude stopped on Wednesday morning because I was determined not to let the enemy defeat me.  So, when Satan didn't get the usual reaction from me that he is used to, he started to play harder.  Well, guess what I did?  I fought harder.  Don't get me wrong, I got angry, upset, and cried but after talking to my Mom, we figured out a solution.  Thank God for my Mom.  Even though she is miles away, she always can help fix my problem.

I will not be defeated!  I have came too far and have fought too hard for something as small as the devil to destroy my hopes and dreams again.  Get mad and start fighting!  All I can say is thank you God!  You are my strength, my hope, and my future!

Do not give up!

Challenge

I challenge you to come worship with me today. What do you have to lose? Come and experience God. Think of all that you will gain.

We are not here to judge you or embarrass you. All of us are sinners! The only difference is that some of us have laid our burdens at the foot of the cross and have been released of our chains. How exciting would it be to be released of your burdens and chains by the time of our Easter Celebration!

You and Jesus can be set free together! How exciting is that!!

Weekends

As I read posts yesterday and today of many going out and drinking, it saddens me that you think and feel your answers are in a bottle. I used to be in the same state of mind. Oh, I couldn't wait for the weekend or the next party. Yeah, you might feel better for a little bit but tomorrow most of you will be sickier than a dog. Do you honestly want that feeling? I know, again most of you will say yes. Again, I was one of the ones sick the next day. I also know you don't want to hear what I have to say. You are probably thinking, oh, since she got saved, she thinks she is better than us or has all the answers. WRONG....I dont think I am better than anyone but I do have the most important answer...God. I care about you and dont want to see you hurting. This could be so easy. Reach out and ask for help. Going out and getting wasted is a temporary answer. Why don't you chose a permanent happier more peaceful solution? HE is waiting!

And I do like to have fun and carry on. I just dont think you have to drink to have a good time.

Make A Change

Make A Choice

You have many choices in life.  The most important choice is who is going to control your life..your thoughts and emotions?  Satan or God?  Are you going to allow Satan, the enemy to bring you down and harbor ill thoughts in your mind?  Yes, I did say allow.  You can either kick the evil one and the thoughts to the side of the road or you can allow God to bring peace and love into your heart, mind, and soul.

How much more will you let the enemy take from you?  Do you fully understand the enemy's job is to kill, steal, and destroy?  When are you going to take a stand and say enough is enough?!  Do not be a victim in your own life any longer!!

What has he taken from you?  Your Marriage...Your Children...Your Job...
Get mad and start fighting back!  The devil wants you to feel defeated and hopeless!  Don't let him win!  Hate the enemy because he hates you.  The devil doesn't want you happy and he doesn't want you knowing of the LORD and the great hope He brings and how the LORD can and will save you!

 I know that most of you are looking and desperately searching for happiness and joy. You are almost hitting bottom or have hit the bottom.  All you have to do is reach out and ask for HIS help.  HE will never leave you or forsake you.

So, I will ask you again...What choice will you make of who is going to control your life?

New Week

Good morning! Its a new week...make something wonderful happen. BE the change in someone's life!

The Wrong Man

I realized today that I have been chasing the wrong man. It finally hit head on while in worship this am. I have also come to a new level with God and I love it! Yes, God is the man I want to follow and fall in love with. I want to be consumed by Him. Right now, nothing else matters to me. When I spend time with Him, I want to feel His loving arms around me. At worship time, I want to be swept away and I imagine it's Him and I and that's it.

My purpose and job is to tell the world about Jesus and how wonderfully amazing He is. You see, I know how amazing He is but I want YOU to know and get that feeling. It is absolutely joyous to feel the love of Jesus.

Drive Out Darkness

I want to share this quote from Daily Inspiration: "Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that.” Martin Luther King, Jr. - Clergyman, activist, civil rights leader (1929-1968) Darkness and hate have much in common. Both are destructive, divisive, and dangerous. How can we respond to darkness and hate? Seek His will. Bring the light of our Lord into the situation. Display a love for others. If a situation is overpowering in darkness and hate, then consider the necessity to simply flee from both. Just know that love endures, love overcomes, and love heals.
